The Short Version

You order stuff, we 3D print it and ship it to you. Be cool, we will be cool. These terms exist because lawyers say they have to.

Who We Are

Relay Rack is operated by Hire A Pro LLC, based in Becker, Minnesota. When you buy from relay-rack.com, you are entering into an agreement with us.

Products

All products are custom 3D-printed to order in PLA+ filament. Colors are selected during the ordering process. Because these are made-to-order, slight variations in color and finish between prints are normal and not a defect. We do our best to match what you see on screen, but monitors lie sometimes.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. Sales tax is calculated and applied where required by law.

Production and Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS from Minnesota. Shipping times depend on USPS. We cannot control what happens after we hand it off, but we will do our best to help if something goes sideways.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us at info@relay-rack.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because every item is custom printed to your specifications (model, color, size), we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. If we messed up, that is on us and we will fix it. If you ordered the wrong thing, reach out anyway. We are reasonable people.

Intellectual Property

The Gridfinity system is open source under the MIT license, created by Zack Freedman. Our custom insert designs, website content, configurator tool, and brand assets are owned by Hire A Pro LLC. Some products feature designs by third-party creators (credited on the product page) and are printed with permission or under open-source licenses.

Limitation of Liability

We sell 3D-printed storage inserts. They hold radios in drawers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not responsible for any damages beyond that, to the extent permitted by law.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
