Relay Rack is a family-run business based in Becker, Minnesota. We sell custom 3D-printed Gridfinity storage inserts for handheld ham radios at relay-rack.com. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Relay Rack (operated by Hire A Pro LLC).
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number. We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, browser type) to improve the site.
Your information is used to fulfill orders, communicate about your order status, and improve our products and website. That is it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We are not in the data business — we are in the 3D printing business.
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working and your session active. We may use analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but your cart might get confused.
We share information only with services that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), USPS (shipping), and our hosting provider. Each has their own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@relay-rack.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you have additional rights under those laws.
Our site uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all connections. We keep access to customer data limited to the people who need it (that is Pete and Alisha, and sometimes Claude).
Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with the updated date. We will not make major changes without giving you a heads up.
